Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests may be submitted before an order ships. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.

Approved order cancellations are subject to a 4% cancellation fee to cover nonrefundable payment-processing charges. The fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

All cancellation requests are reviewed by Wisher Performance. If the order has already entered fulfillment, packaging, production, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be available.

If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to follow our standard return policy.

For AuxJection orders, cancellations may not be available once parts have been allocated, fulfillment has started, or customer-specific tune file information has been created, sent, delivered, or made available.

To request a cancellation, submit a cancellation request through your customer account or contact Wisher Performance as soon as possible with your order number.


Pre-Orders & Backorders Cancellation Policy

Orders placed for pre-order or backordered products may be canceled for a full refund before the order has been submitted for production, fulfillment, packaging, or shipment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once a pre-order or backordered order has entered production, fulfillment, packaging, or shipment, cancellations may no longer be available.

If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and will follow our standard return policy.


Physical Products

Physical products may be eligible for return if the return is requested within 14 days of confirmed delivery and the product is new, unused, uninstalled, complete, and in resalable condition.

Approved returns are subject to a 4% restocking fee.

For AuxJection products, the internal product packaging, component packaging, and any sealed items must remain unopened, intact, and untampered with.

For AuxJection orders, the order will no longer be eligible for return or refund once the customer specific tune file has been created, sent, delivered or made available, even if the physical product has not been installed.

Products with opened internal packaging, missing components, signs of installation, modification, misuse, or improper handling are not eligible for return or refund.

All returns must be approved by Wisher Performance before being shipped back.

Wisher Performance reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any refund, replacement, or store credit.


Return Shipping

For approved returns that are not due to a Wisher Performance error, manufacturing defect, packaging error, or shipping issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for customer-choice returns, including situations where the customer no longer needs the product, ordered the wrong item, changed build plans, or selected an incompatible product.

Customers may use the carrier of their choice, but we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please keep the tracking number for your records.
You will need to include the original packing slip inside the return package. If the packing slip is not available, please include a note with the customer name, order number, email address used at checkout, and reason for return.

Wisher Performance is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Any original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.


Defects, Damage, or Order Issues

If you receive a product that is defective due to a manufacturing or packaging error, or if there is an issue with your order, you must contact Wisher Performance within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Defect, damage, or order issue claims may require photo or video proof before a resolution is approved.

Products showing signs of installation, modification, misuse, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for replacement, refund, return label, or store credit.

If a claim is approved, Wisher Performance may provide a replacement product, refund, return label, or store credit at our discretion.


Software & Digital Products

All software purchases, custom tuning files, digital modifications, and delivered digital products are final sale.

Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once the software or digital product has been delivered.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all vehicle information and order details submitted are accurate before purchase.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be issued for:

  • opened internal product packaging
  • installed products
  • products showing signs of installation, modification, misuse, or improper handling
  • missing components
  • incorrect installation
  • customer-selected compatibility issues
  • software, custom tuning files, or delivered digital products
  • AuxJection orders after a customer-specific tune file has been delivered

Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility prior to purchase.


Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
