Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, product launches, sales, backorders, or other circumstances that affect availability.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.


Shipping Locations

Wisher Performance currently ships eligible products to addresses within the United States, U.S. Armed Forces addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), Puerto Rico, Canada, and select destinations in Europe and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Product availability and shipping rates vary by location. If your location is not listed, please contact nycole@wisherperformance.com for shipping availability and pricing.


California Orders

Certain products are not available for sale or shipment to customers located in California due to regulatory restrictions.

Performance products and fueling systems are not shipped to California.

Merchandise and other eligible products may be shipped to California.

Orders placed for restricted products using a California billing or shipping address may be cancelled at our discretion.


International Orders

All duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, customs fees, import charges, and other fees assessed by the destination country or carrier are the responsibility of the customer.

Wisher Performance does not collect or estimate these fees and is not responsible for delays, delivery holds, rejected shipments, or additional charges incurred during customs processing.

Customers are responsible for confirming that purchased products comply with all applicable vehicle, emissions, inspection, road-use, import, and regulatory requirements in their country, province, territory, state, or region.

Customers are also responsible for accepting delivery and paying all applicable import fees.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because duties, taxes, customs charges, or other required fees were not paid, the customer is responsible for all original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, carrier fees, and other costs incurred by Wisher Performance.

Any eligible refund will be issued only after the shipment has been returned to Wisher Performance and inspected. Shipping charges and other nonrecoverable fees will not be refunded.


Shipping Costs

United States:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more before taxes.
Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $9.99.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available at checkout for eligible orders.

Puerto Rico:

Merchandise: Flat-rate shipping of $14.99

AuxJection/Performance Products: Flat-rate shipping of $50

Canada:

Merchandise: Flat-rate shipping of $9.99

AuxJection/Performance Products shipping is based on total shipment weight:

  • 0 to 3 lb: $20
  • 3.01 to 8 lb: $40
  • 8.01 lb and up: $60

Switzerland:

Merchandise shipping is based on total shipment weight:

  • 0 to 1lbs: $25
  • 1.01 to 2lbs: $35
  • 2.01 and up: $50

AuxJection/Performance Products: Flat-rate shipping of $150

Abu Dhabi:

AuxJection/Performance Products: Flat-rate shipping of $150


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Wisher Performance is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If a shipping address is entered incorrectly, incomplete, or requires correction by the carrier, any resulting fees may be the responsibility of the customer and may be invoiced after the order is placed. 


Shipping Delays

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Wisher Performance is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.
