Who is Wisher Performance?
Wisher Performance is a small, hands-on performance business run by Caleb Wisher and his wife, Nycole.
Caleb handles product development, testing, tuning, technical support, fitment validation and fulfillment.
Nycole handles order management, most customer communication, website updates, inventory, and day-to-day operations.
When you contact Wisher Performance, you are speaking directly with the people behind the products.
Do you have a retail storefront?
No. Wisher Performance is currently an online-based, home-based business and does not operate a traditional retail storefront.
Right now, orders are placed through our website, assembled and packaged by us, and shipped directly to customers from our home-based workspace.
We do plan to grow into a dedicated shop space in the future, but we are building Wisher Performance from the ground up and taking things one step at a time.
Are you a large shop or warehouse?
No. Wisher Performance is a small business, not a large warehouse, call center, or retail chain.
Everything you purchase whether it be a WP Shirt or AuxJection kit is handled, assembled, packaged, and shipped directly by us. Because of that, response times and fulfillment timelines may vary depending on order volume, testing schedules, inventory, and current production batches.
How quickly do you respond to messages and emails?
We do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
Because Wisher Performance is run by a small two person team, we may not always be able to reply immediately, especially during high-volume periods, fulfillment days, testing, or after normal business hours.
Sending multiple messages or emails may slow down response times, so we recommend sending one clear message with your order number, vehicle information, and question.
What is the best way to contact Wisher Performance?

Including your order number, full name, vehicle information, and a clear description of what you need will help us respond faster.
When will my order ship?
Current fulfillment estimates are listed on the product page or provided in recent shipping updates.
In-stock and ready-to-ship items typically ship faster, while AuxJection kits may have a fulfillment window depending on production, assembly, anodizing, custom components, and quality checks.
As of now, new AuxJection orders are currently estimated at 1-2 weeks for fulfillment unless otherwise stated.
Why does my order still show as unfulfilled?
If your order shows as unfulfilled, it usually means it is still being assembled, waiting on components, going through final checks, or waiting for the next fulfillment batch.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent automatically through the email or phone number used at checkout.
Why do some products have longer fulfillment times?
Some Wisher Performance products, including AuxJection kits, are built in production batches and may require machining, anodizing, custom components, testing, and quality control before shipping.
We would rather take the time to make sure everything is right than rush an order out before it is ready.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup may be available by appointment only for certain orders.
We do not have a retail storefront, so pickup must be arranged ahead of time once your order is packaged and ready.
Why do you post updates on Facebook instead of emailing every customer individually?
When multiple orders are in the same production or fulfillment batch, public updates help keep everyone informed at the same time.
For order-specific issues, delays, pickup arrangements, or anything that directly affects your order, we will contact you directly.
